Heavy cast metal sculpture of William Shakespeare.
In good condition but some slight paint chipping consistent with age.
The base has the name spelling SHAKSPEARE which is the old way of spelling it from the late 18th through the early 19th century so presumibly it is from this period (ref Wikipedia).
